Circumstances may exist. But they do not determine your response to them, or who you are going to be about them, or who you are going to be in your life.

To deny that circumstances exist is to deny that there is any objectivity at all, which is a delusion. One may maximize subjectivity and therefore minimize objectivity but one cannot delete objectivity. (For example, you cannot entirely remove the objectivity of what you said you were going to do or get something)
